Printer Management Core technology

Job Requirements*

1. Enterprise printer and print server management

2. Printer drivers, queues, and print management tools (Ricoh Streamline preferred)

3. CMDB / asset management and Intune / MDM exposure

4. Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities*

1. Maintain and standardize global printer inventory (MFPs, Zebra, OD printers); ensure CMDB is the system of record.

2. Validate printer asset data with regional IT teams and support accurate reporting and lifecycle governance.

3. Manage print servers, ensuring supported OS, security patching, and decommissioning of obsolete servers and queues.

4. Own printer driver management, including approval, deployment,



and cleanup of legacy drivers and deployments (Intune / MDM).

5. Administer VSPX global print management platform; onboard/offboard printers and maintain configuration accuracy.

6. Execute standardized printer onboarding and offboarding, including configuration, security setup, queue mapping, and CMDB updates.

7. Provide L2/L3 support for printer incidents; coordinate vendor escalations and networkrelated issue resolution.

8. Maintain SOPs, documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
