Role Description

CareerMarg is looking for an experienced and people-focused
Human Resources Manager
to manage
end-to-end HR operations
for our on-site team in
Patna, Bihar
.





The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and selection, onboarding employees, coordinating performance management and appraisal processes, and maintaining a productive and positive workplace culture.

The role will also involve employee relations, conflict resolution, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, HR compliance, training and development, HR documentation, and workforce planning.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with CareerMarg’s business objectives and support the organization’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
