The Manager, Finance is a core finance role responsible for strengthening financial analysis, grant finance oversight, and compliance management across ChildFund Indias operations. The role goes beyond transaction processing and focuses on financial intelligence, risk management, donor compliance, and decision-support for leadership.

Working closely with the Director, Finance & Accounting, this role provides structured financial insights to support program delivery, donor accountability, and organizational sustainability. The incumbent will act as a key interface between finance, programs, fundraising, HR, and external stakeholders, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and timely reporting.

Finance will lead analytical finance functions, including preparation of Budget vs. Actual (BvA) dashboards, burn-rate analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support cross functional teams and leadership in timely decision-making. The role will support annual budgeting, proposal costing, mid-year revisions, unit costing, shared cost allocation models, and financial planning aligned with organizational strategy.

The role will be responsible for strengthening donor and statutory compliance. This includes maintaining compliance trackers, coordinating with auditors and consultants, monitoring FCRA and statutory filings, managing forex exposure, and proactively flagging financial risks and variances.
