About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a positive understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements, particularly DPDP Act and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project governance.
- Coordinate with business, technology, compliance, security, and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.




- Identify project risks and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide management with status reports and key updates.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and governance standards.
- Manage client and senior stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project progress.
- Ensure project deliverables align with applicable data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Technology teams on privacy-related initiatives.

Data Privacy & Regulatory Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and GDPR.
- Understanding of data privacy principles, regulatory compliance, and data protection requirements.
