Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze complex clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain databases and systems to track and manage clinical trial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new clinical trials and studies.
- Provide expert-level support for data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in clinical research.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on clinical trial conduct and data management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline or related field.
- Proven experience in clinical trial management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities and deadlines.
