- Material inward, verification and GRN control.
- Raw material identification, heat/batch traceability and storage control.
- Timely material issue to hot forging, cold forging, thread rolling, machining, heat treatment, coating, packing and dispatch.
- Inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and control of slow-moving/non-moving items.
- FIFO/FEFO, location control, 5S, safety and housekeeping in stores.
- ERP/system entries, records, MIS and audit readiness.
- Coordination with purchase, production, quality, maintenance, accounts and logistics.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

A. Material Receipt and Inward Control
- Receive raw material, steel bars/coils/wire rods, bought-out fasteners, tools, dies, spares, oils, chemicals,



packing material and other consumables as per purchase orders or authorized documents.
- Verify supplier invoice, delivery challan, purchase order, quantity, grade, size, heat number, batch number, test certificate and packing condition at the time of receipt.
- Coordinate with Quality Department for inward inspection, raw material testing, visual verification and release/rejection of incoming material.
- Ensure that no material is issued to production unless it is identified, inspected/released as applicable and properly recorded.
