Job Description:

Laws: Contract Law, Tort, Sales of Goods, Law of Limitation, Writs, Interpretation of Statute, Adhoc & Institutional Arbitration (especially Indian Arb, ICC, SIAC).

Other: SAP-SD, Invoicing, Export-Import Documentation, Receivable Management, Accounting etc.

Expert Understanding: Liquidated Damages, Limitation of liability, Warranties & Guarantees, Consequential Damages, Arbitration, SAP-SD.

Working knowledge: EPC Contracting, negotiations, bidding, risk review/analysis of tender document, redlining,



drafting of agreements, FIDIC form of contracting, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), drafting of MOUs, Joint Venture Agreement / Consortium Agreement, Critical contractual risks & notices including reply, Amicable Settlement of Disputes, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Parent Company Guarantees, Authorization, Power of Attorneys, time extension and claims management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
