- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LC-MS/LC-MS/MS instruments and associated software.
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of finished products, intermediates, raw materials, impurities, degradation products, and stability samples.
- Execute approved analytical methods and laboratory procedures in accordance with SOPs and specifications.
- Perform sample preparation, dilution, filtration, extraction, and other required analytical procedures.
- Develop a basic understanding of mass spectrometry principles, including ionization, mass selection, fragmentation, and detection.
- Perform qualitative identification and quantitative estimation using LC-MS/LC-MS/MS.
- Optimize and monitor LC-MS/MS parameters such as source conditions, MRM/SRM transitions, collision energy, gas flow, and chromatographic conditions.
- Review chromatograms, mass spectra, system suitability results, and analytical data.
- Perform instrument qualification, calibration, preventive maintenance, and routine performance checks in coordination with engineering/service teams.
