Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or a related field.
- Looking for a long-term association and willing to commit for at least 1–2 years.
- Quick learner with robust adaptability and willingness to understand processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts aligned with EST business hours.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially:
- MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUPs, data handling)
- MS Word (Formatting and documentation)
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong learning abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of IT Staffing or the US Recruitment industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update internal trackers related to vendor onboarding, document expirations, and project extensions.
- Manage and organize large volumes of placement and compliance data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management for collecting required documents.
- Communicate with external vendors for compliance and documentation purposes.
- Organize digital records and use tools like Ceipal and Xodo Sign for document management and communication.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and reviewing business/legal documents such as MSAs, SOWs, and Addendums.
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately and comply with company audit standards.
- Support management reporting and operational documentation activities.
