We are seeking an experienced and energetic Corporate Communications & Employee Engagement Manager to drive strategic internal communications, leadership messaging, employee engagement, and organizational events. This role will partner closely with India leadership to develop and execute communication strategies that align with business priorities, strengthen organizational culture, and enhance employee experience.
Leadership & Strategic Communications




- Partner with India leadership and key stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop effective communication strategies.
- Create and execute communication plans supporting strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Develop leadership messaging, executive presentations, speeches, and communication materials.
- Translate complex business, operational, and scientific information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
Digital & Internal Communications
- Manage and maintain India intranet platforms, SharePoint sites, and internal communication channels.
- Develop engaging content including newsletters, announcements, articles, and multimedia assets.
- Maintain an annual communications and events calendar.
- Ensure timely, relevant, and consistent messaging across all internal communication platforms.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, leadership forums, town halls, and corporate events.
