Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure productive use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to maintain high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues or non-conformities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in production management, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of QMS principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
