Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Inspity IT Solutions’ client base. The person in this role will identify and qualify current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients,



and promote the company’s IT consulting and staffing services. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. This role also involves coordinating closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client needs are accurately understood and met, while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
