*We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GA Manager/ Sr Manager to lead plant-level financial accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance activities. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing financial closings, ensuring accuracy of accounting records, maintaining strong internal controls, managing audits, and providing actionable financial insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in general accounting, financial reporting, plant finance, and audit management within a manufacturing setting.*

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly plant financial closing activities and ensure timely and accurate book closure.
- Review ledger scrutinizes, journal entries, and accounting transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare, review, and validate Balance Sheet schedules and supporting reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of inventory, production, consumption, and other plant-related transactions.
- Monitor provisions,



accruals, prepaid expenses, and expense bookings to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Review general ledger balances and perform periodic account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely recording of financial transactions and proper accounting treatment.
- Lead and coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, financial reviews, and audit closure activities.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures at the plant level.
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen governance and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure availability of supporting records for audits, assessments, and inspections.
