We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of low-tension (LT) and high-tension (HT) power distribution systems. This role requires solid technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles, LT/HT control panels, and lux level compliance.
Role & responsibilities
HT & LT Power Systems Management
- Design, install, and maintain HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) electrical distribution panels.
- Oversee switchgears, transformers, circuit breakers, and busbar trunking systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, and power distribution issues.
- Ensure proper earthing, lightning protection, and safety compliance across networks.
Lighting & Lux Level Optimization
- Calculate and design lighting layouts to meet standard lux level requirements for indoor/outdoor spaces.
- Conduct regular lux level audits to ensure energy efficiency and workplace safety.
- Select appropriate lighting fixtures and control systems based on architectural layouts.
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate hardware with control software.
Preferred candidate profile
- Core Electrical: Strong foundation in LT panel and HT panel operations, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and load calculations.
- Lighting Design: Proficiency in Dialux software or manual lux level calculations.
- Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
