Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Active Directory users, groups, OUs, GPOs, and Domain Controllers.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, licensing, and hybrid identity synchronization.
- Configure and support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and authentication services.
- Troubleshoot AD replication, account lockouts, Kerberos, LDAP, Entra Connect, and access issues.
- Perform identity lifecycle activities, access management, and security compliance tasks.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes while meeting SLA requirements.
