SNPJ is a Tier-1 OEM supplier of precision components to the 2W/3W automotive industry. We're hiring a Production Supervisor to run shift operations on our liquid paint shop line as part of our capacity expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute shift production plan for liquid paint booth, curing ovens, and printing operations
- Ensure coating quality film thickness, adhesion, finish consistency — per defined process parameters
- Monitor and control process variables (booth temperature, oven curing cycle, paint viscosity, spray pressure)
- Drive root cause analysis on rejections (coating defects, color mismatch, rework); ensure timely corrective action closure
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift staffing
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance for booth/oven upkeep and calibration
- Maintain safety compliance (PPE, ventilation, chemical handling, fire safety) and 5S on the line




- Maintain shift-end reporting (output, rejection %, downtime log, paint/material consumption)
- Enforce process discipline as per IATF 16949 standards

Required Skills:
- Liquid paint shop / coating line supervision (spray painting, paint booth operations)
- Knowledge of curing ovens, liquid paint formulations, and surface treatment processes
- IATF 16949 / APQP / PPAP exposure
- Shift and shop-floor manpower management
- Awareness of chemical/paint safety handling norms

Education: ITI/Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical/Production/Paint Technology)
Experience: 1–6 years in automotive component liquid paint shop/coating line supervision

Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
