Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Sales & Business Development to lead the Sales function for our client, a leading automotive component manufacturing organization.

The company has a diversified product portfolio across Automotive Systems, Motors & Electronics, Connective Systems and Precision Components, including window regulators, automotive latches, motors, actuators, controllers, wiring harnesses, connectors, PCB integrated assemblies, mechanical assemblies, stamped parts, plastic parts and fine-blanked components.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving OEM business development, key account management, new business acquisition, RFQ management, commercial negotiations, revenue growth and strategic customer relationships. The role will involve developing new business opportunities with domestic and global OEMs and strengthening the company's market presence across automotive segments.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in Automotive OEM Sales & Business Development,



preferably with a Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive component manufacturer, along with solid commercial acumen, customer-management capability and demonstrated leadership/team-management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for profitable growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective OEM customers.
- Lead RFQ management, costing, quotations, commercial negotiations and business acquisition.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and expand the customer portfolio.
- Support new product launches and entry into new automotive segments.

OEM & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key OEM customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts.
- Drive customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer
