Cosmo Canvas Beauté, a GMP-certified private label and contract cosmetics manufacturer based at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, is looking for an
NPD Executive
to join our growing Product Development team.

If you're passionate about new product development, trend research, and bringing beauty brands' visions to life, this one's for you.

What you'll work on:

? Colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare, SPF & personal care product lines

? End-to-end NPD coordination — briefs, concept development, sample tracking, and timelines

? Liaising with R&D; on formulation feasibility, trial batches, and shortlisting samples

? Market and trend research to identify whitespace and current category opportunities

? Cross-functional coordination with R&D;, QC,



and Business Development teams

✅ Ensuring product development aligns with GMP standards and client requirements

Who we're looking for:
- A degree/background in Cosmetic Technology, Business, or a related field
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Interest in beauty trends, consumer insights, and product innovation
- Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
