- Franchise Sales – Approach prospective franchise partners and convert qualified leads into franchise agreements.
- Lead Follow-up – Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Franchise Presentation – Explain the company’s franchise model, investment requirements, benefits, process, and terms to potential franchisees.
- Market Expansion – Identify suitable locations and recent markets for franchise expansion.
- Franchisee Qualification – Understand the prospect’s investment capacity, business experience, location preference, and suitability.
- Client Meetings – Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective franchise partners and handle their queries.
- Location Evaluation – Coordinate for preliminary assessment of proposed franchise locations based on company requirements.




- Negotiation & Conversion – Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and work towards successful franchise closure.
- Documentation Coordination – Coordinate with the concerned departments for franchise application, KYC, agreement, payment, and other documentation.
- Franchise Onboarding – Coordinate with operations, training, and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- CRM & Database Management – Maintain updated records of franchise leads, prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor franchise models, pricing, offers, locations, and market activities.
- Sales Target Achievement – Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly franchise lead-generation and conversion targets.
- MIS & Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, meetings, pipeline, and franchise closures.
