Role Purpose:
As a Senior Consultant within the Professional Services Category team, you will lead sourcing initiatives and manage complex procurement activities across a range of BPO, Professional Services (e.g., Business Consulting, Audit, HR, Legal, IT Consulting, etc.) and Marketing Services. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value through cost optimization, commercial excellence,
risk management, and cutting-edge sourcing strategies. This role requires strong category expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead high-value sourcing projects in a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities:
Category Strategy & Stakeholder Management
Act as the subject matter expert for indirect categories – BPO, Professional Services (e.g., Business Consulting, Audit, HR, Legal, IT Consulting, etc.) and Marketing Services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business functions and geographies.
Build and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and category-specific communication strategies.
Proactively foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues in and across the region(s) to deliver defined business goals.
