Notice: Looking for Immediate to 15 Days

The Shift Lead manages real-time operations during assigned shifts, ensuring SLA adherence, queue stability, and effective escalation handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time queues and workloads
- Ensure SLA adherence during shift hours
- Handle tool and process escalations
- Coordinate workload distribution
- Manage shift reporting and incident handling
- Support ticket management workflows

Required Skills
- Expertise in real-time operations / queue management
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills
- Knowledge of ticketing and monitoring tools
- Ability to handle operational pressure situations

Preferred Skills
- Experience in RTA or workforce management roles
- Exposure to 24x7 support environments





Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years in support operations

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent

Key KPIs
- SLA adherence during shifts
- Queue efficiency

Team Interaction
- Advocates, Team Leads

Domain Requirements
- Experience in real-time operational control environments
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced support environments
- Experience or robust interest in search advertising / PPC support/Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Google Ads
- Experience in a Azure, digital advertising, SaaS, or platform support environment is preferred
