Role Description
The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support techjays’ AI-focused initiatives and growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential partners, conducting discovery meetings, and preparing proposals and partnership frameworks. The Partnerships Manager will coordinate with internal product, marketing,



and engineering teams to design joint initiatives, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless execution of partnership activities. The role also involves tracking partnership performance, maintaining strong ongoing relationships, and representing techjays at relevant events, meetings, and industry forums.

Qualifications
- Partnership development and relationship management skills, including experience in identifying opportunities, nurturing long-term collaborations, and managing stakeholder expectations.
