Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Solutions Consultant Trainee to support our pre-sales and solutions team in understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, assisting with solution design, and coordinating with sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Support site surveys, client meetings, and solution discussions.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, BOQs, presentations, and Scope of Work documents.
- Research and compare suitable technology solutions.
- Support product demonstrations and Proof of Concept activities.
- Assist with technical queries during the sales process.
- Support proper handover of technical documents to project teams.
- Research recent technologies, products, and competitor solutions.
- Participate in internal training and OEM/product certification programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and strong willingness to learn.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
