Purpose/Objective

The role is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across functions.
This role involves strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, process optimization, and ensuring a superior candidate experience while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic Talent Acquisition - Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quality and timely hiring.
- Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
2.
Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence - Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing partners.




- Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and data accuracy.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.
) to leadership.
3.
Onboarding & Candidate Experience - Design and execute structured onboarding programs in collaboration with HR, Admin, IT, and Security.
- Ensure seamless Day-1 readiness including documentation, system access, and induction.
- Continuously improve onboarding experience based on feedback and best practices.
4.
Compliance & Documentation - Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support internal and external audits related to hiring processes.
5.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement - Mentor and guide junior recruiters and support staff.
