RESPONSIBILITIES OF AREA SALES EXECUTIVE:-
- Promote the company s orthopedic and surgical products to doctors, surgeons, and healthcare institutions.
- Achieve sales targets by converting them into actual sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, such as orthopedic or spine surgeons, purchasing managers, and medical staff.
- Regularly visit customers (surgeons and hospitals) to follow up on product usage and satisfaction.
- Address any concerns or inquiries from medical professionals about the products.
- Stay updated with the company s product portfolio, including new technologies and advancements.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the perks, features, and proper use of orthopedic products.
- Attend trainings and workshops to deepen product knowledge and understanding of market trends.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.




- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase market penetration.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and potential product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
- Submit timely sales reports, including market conditions, customer feedback, and future sales strategies.
- Attend and represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to promote our products.
Organize and participate in product launches, medical workshops, and other promotional events to increase awareness.
