Managers are appointed to work in focused verticals of the company - Projects, Product, Business and Ops. They operate in an independent manner, working alongside relevant directors and team heads to direct monthly work priorities. Managers, Projects, manage a scope of projects independently under the supervision of the Project Director or team head. Acting as the management anchor between LOCO and all stakeholders, Project Managers are responsible for the effective running, progression and delivery of such projects. Managers adhere to and have a full understanding of company protocols and management systems. They offer support for junior team members and are responsible for the output and overall performance of their respective work scope.
Managers report to the Projects Director or their direct team head.
Key Responsibilities
Management
• Ensuring effective application of company management systems, including but not exclusively workflow
protocols, security protocols,
and professional communication.
• Ensuring professional administration and appropriate documentation of project workflow.
• Managing the project schedule to track progress with reference to delivery against key dates.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Managing client relationships to the quality of the company policy
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, including the effective delivery of all required site visits.
• Effectively manage all client communication, including liaising between the client and factory on all production and deliveries.
• Co-ordination of all site works and visits regarding measurement surveys, image documentation etc
• Reporting to the Projects Director as per company policy
• Ensuring adherence to all company protocols and proc
