About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating with internal teams, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business requirements.
- Handle client queries, concerns, feedback, and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify additional requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions,



requirements, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Prepare and share client updates, reports, proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor service delivery timelines and proactively communicate any delays or changes to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating repeat business.
- Support the Business Development/Sales team in converting prospective clients and maintaining the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular client meetings and review discussions to understand changing requirements.
- Collect and analyze client feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for necessary improvements.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling client information.
- Meet defined targets related to client retention, satisfaction, revenue, and business development.
