AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Document Intelligence
Location: Indore | Experience: 2–4 Years | Type: Full-time
Role
Looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build production-ready Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, OCR, and Document Intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build ML/DL models and AI pipelines for classification, prediction, NLP, and document intelligence.
- Develop RAG pipelines using LangChain, embeddings, retrievers, and Qdrant.
- Develop LLM workflows using LangChain, LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
- Build OCR & document processing pipelines for PDFs, images, and scanned documents.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI & Django.
- Work with SQL databases, queries, joins, indexing, ORM, and database integration.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, authentication, async processing, and third-party APIs.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.

Required Skills
- Strong Python, OOP, NumPy & Pandas.




- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, feature engineering, and preprocessing.
- Hands-on Deep Learning with PyTorch/TensorFlow, CNNs, RNNs/Transformers.
- Strong LangChain + RAG knowledge.
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, NLP, and prompt engineering.
- Good knowledge of SQL & relational databases – PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server.
- Hands-on FastAPI & Django.
- Experience with OCR, PDF processing, PIL/OpenCV.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployment.

Good to Have
- Qdrant, Redis, Celery, GCP/AWS.
- Computer Vision, NLP, Multimodal LLMs, AI Agents.
- LLM evaluation, model fine-tuning, MLOps & AI observability.
