We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer to join a global engineering team responsible for building enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, strong architectural skills, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-performance user interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and mentoring developers while contributing to cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications.
- Lead frontend technical strategy, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and global engineering teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams.




- Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
- Manage the frontend development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, risk assessment, and task prioritization.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical architecture.

Required Skills Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in UI/frontend development.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend design patterns.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Proven experience building large-scale, component-driven enterprise applications.
- Experience designing and maintaining reusable UI component
