Role Description
The RTO Consultant role at Harshali Hyundai is a full-time, on-site position based in Sagar. The role involves managing and processing Regional Transport Office (RTO) documentation for customers, including registration, transfer of ownership, insurance-related paperwork, and other compliance forms. The RTO Consultant will liaise with RTO officials, track application statuses, resolve documentation issues, and ensure all submissions are accurate and timely. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and insurance teams,
guiding customers on required documents, maintaining records, and updating internal systems. The role also requires providing clear information to customers, addressing queries, and supporting overall operational efficiency in the RTO and insurance processes.
