Role Description
The Team Leader role at NetAmbit is a full-time,



on-site position based in Lanka. The Team Leader will oversee a team of sales and operations professionals, ensuring daily targets are met and processes are followed consistently. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and driving high-quality execution of client projects. The role involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support seamless service delivery. The Team Leader will also participate in hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives, while promoting a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
