We are now looking for a D2C Associate to join our rapid-growing digital commerce team and help drive the growth and day-to-day execution of goboult.com.

This is an opportunity for a high-energy MBA fresher to get hands-on exposure to D2C, e-commerce, analytics, merchandising, operations, and growth while working closely with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

D2C Business & Website Operations
- Support the day-to-day management of goboult.com and other D2C channels.
- Assist in managing product listings, pricing, offers, banners, collections, and website content.
- Ensure products, promotions, and campaigns are accurately reflected on the website.




- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
- Support execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns on the website.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of website-related activities.

Merchandising & Growth
- Support the D2C team in planning and executing product merchandising strategies.
- Analyze product performance, sales trends, inventory, and customer behavior.
- Track performance of key SKUs and identify products that require increased visibility or promotional intervention.
- Support planning of offers, discounts, bundles, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor websites, pricing, offers, product launches, and merchandising strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, and overall website sales.

Data & Analytics
- Track key D2C metrics including revenue, orders, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, product sales, and returns
