- Position Title: O2C Billing - Billing Executive
- Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai, India
- Shift Timings: 5.30 am to 2.30 pm

Job Purpose:

As a Billing Executive within the O2C function, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing operations, invoice processing, and resolution of billing-related queries and discrepancies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth billing activities, provide effective customer support, and meet defined service timelines. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of billing processes and systems are essential for success in this role.

Manual billing and Manual invoice support
- Handle manual billing processes for exceptional cases.
- Provide additional supporting documents for invoicing when the standard reports are not sufficient.
- Perform detailed checks to ensure invoices are accurate and consistent with backup data prior to submission.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with multiple offshore and onshore stakeholders.




- Adherence to billing timelines and KPIs.

Credit Note & Support
- Credit notes management.
- Provide additional supporting documents for Credit note whenever required.

Customer service related to Billing & Credit note
- Address internal and external inquiries, requests, and concerns related to billing and credit notes, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers in understanding billing details, rates, and quantities.

Other Support
- Update the billing tracker in a timely manner, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the details.

Ensure all process flows, SOPs, and operational documents are prepared, updated, and maintained regularly.

Specification:
- MBA Finance, Master of Commerce / Bachelor of Commerce, CA Inter
- 1+ years of experience as an executive in Shared Services with experience in O2C and Billing.
- Technically solid, with a working knowledge of O2C
- Deep end-to-end fin
