Role Description
The Analyst IT role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and optimizing the company’s technology infrastructure and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring systems and applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing timely technical support to internal teams and external users.
The Analyst IT will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze system performance, document incidents, and suggest improvements that enhance reliability, security, and user experience. This role also involves assisting with software implementation, maintaining knowledge bases, and contributing to IT process standardization and automation in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
