- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle - from job posting to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/ video/in-person).
- Schedule interviews and manage coordination between candidates and hiring panels.
- Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting purposes.
- Negotiate salary packages and assist in offer letter preparation.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and induction activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
