About the Role:

We are looking for a
Security Tool Management Specialist
who will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of a broad portfolio of cybersecurity, GRC, and data-security platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across vulnerability management, XDR/SIEM, GRC/risk platforms, data governance, PAM, and endpoint security tools, and will play a key role in strengthening the organization's overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the organization's security tool stack to ensure optimal performance and coverage.
- Monitor, tune, and optimize security tools to reduce false positives and improve detection/response efficiency.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting across the setting.
- Configure and maintain GRC workflows, risk registers, and compliance dashboards.




- Manage data governance, classification, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Administer privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including credential vaulting and session management.
- Oversee endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR) tool configuration, policy tuning, and incident triage.
- Manage email/phishing security and threat protection solutions.
- Support integration between security tools (SIEM/XDR correlation, log ingestion, API integrations).
- Collaborate with SOC, IT, and compliance teams to ensure tools are aligned with organizational security policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership on tool performance, coverage gaps, and risk exposure.
- Stay current with product updates, patches, and new features across the tool stack, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
