Key Responsibilities:
- Handle computer/laptop hardware and software service issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers, software, and applications.
- Provide customer support and explain technical issues clearly.
- Receive customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate service requests, repairs, and follow-ups.
- Maintain service records and update customers about repair status.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
