Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst to support Invoice Management operations by converting raw data into actionable insights. This role focuses on productivity, accuracy, SLA tracking, and operational dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards
- Analyze invoice volume, complexity, productivity, accuracy, and SLA trends
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort
- Track KPIs such as invoices per FTE, accuracy %, TAT, backlog aging
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions
- Support leadership reviews and client reporting
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Technology teams
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
- SQL for data extraction and validation
- Dashboard tools Power BI / Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive to Have
- Experience in Invoice Processing / Finance Operations
- Knowledge of complexity-based productivity models
- Exposure to OCR or automation workflows
Education
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Certifications in Data Analytics or Power BI are a plus
