About BuildSense AI

BuildSense AI is building PropOS — an AI Operating System for real estate developers in India. PropOS consists of six WhatsApp-native, Hinglish AI agents that automate the parts of a developer's business that existing CRM and sales tools don't touch: channel partner management, sales intelligence, RERA compliance, collections, procurement, and budgeting. The company is pre-revenue, backed by pre-seed capital, and building toward its first paying customers.

Role Overview

We're hiring our first dedicated Business Development hire — someone who will own the full sales cycle for PropOS, from prospecting real estate developers through to closing pilot agreements. This is a founding-team-level role: there is no existing playbook, no inbound lead engine, and no brand recognition yet. The right candidate will build the go-to-market motion from the ground up, working directly with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect real estate developers (starting with Delhi NCR) as potential PropOS customers, through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals,



and industry networking.
- Own the complete sales cycle — first contact, discovery, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing — without relying on inbound leads or an existing pipeline.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline (CRM or equivalent tracker), with transparent visibility into deal stage, next steps, and forecasted timelines.
- Represent PropOS at industry events, CREDAI chapter meetings, and other real estate industry forums as the company's go-to-market presence grows.
- Work closely with the founding team to translate market feedback into product and positioning decisions.
- As the team grows, help onboard and guide junior BD hires or interns.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with genuine outbound/cold-outreach ownership — not purely inbound lead management or account servicing.
