Role Description The SAP Basis professional will be responsible for day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security. This full-time, in office role is based in West Bengal, India, and involves managing system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations across SAP landscapes. The role includes configuring and tuning SAP applications and databases, performing regular system health checks, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The individual will support users and consultants with system-related queries, document technical procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP infrastructure. The position also requires coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Basis Administration and SAP Basis for managing and optimizing SAP system landscapes.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze,



and resolve technical and performance issues in SAP environments.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and recommend appropriate SAP Basis solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience working with Databases related to SAP systems, including configuration, monitoring, backup, and recovery.
- Working knowledge of SAP system installations, upgrades, and patch management across different SAP modules and versions.
- Understanding of operating systems (such as Linux/UNIX or Windows Server) and networking fundamentals relevant to SAP infrastructure.
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
