Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design interior spaces that meet clients' needs and preferences, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Prepare detailed design plans, including construction drawings, working drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality materials and negotiate prices for projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in interior design or related field.
- Robust understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, and visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing construction drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
