Candidate should be
- Disciplined in daily activities and reports
- Result oriented leader who values operational integrity
- Should be able to ensure Vehicle Placements via team which is primary operations
- Should be capable of expanding the network of existing vendors by introducing current vendors
- Strong client management skills are required
- Excellent freight negotiation skills
- Should know the process of managing shortage/ damage cases
- Should have handled on-road/ en-route incidents (theft, accidents, etc.)
- Has to be an excellent at team management ensure all the SOPs are being followed without impacting the quality of deliverables
- Deep knowledge of regional transport hubs & seasonal rate fluctuations.
- Fully conversant with legal & statutory requirement while carrying out the operations.
- Participate in customer reverse auctions & bidding with accurate data to win fixed-route contracts.
- Submission of MIS & Reports on regular basis to management.
