About the Role:-

DigiMantra is looking for a
energetic and result-oriented Business Development – IT Staffing
to join our growing team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
IT staffing, staff augmentation, lead generation, client acquisition, C2C hiring, and vendor management
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and vendor relationships, and driving business growth through IT staffing and staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
- Handle IT contract staffing, C2C, and implementation partner requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Identify potential vendors and support vendor empanelment activities.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely fulfillment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, clients, and vendors to ensure business closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, lead databases, and business development reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve defined business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing requiremen
