Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader – Loan Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily performance, generating business, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.

* Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up and conversion.

* Drive sales for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.





* Train and coach team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.

* Support team members in handling customer queries and objections.

* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and internal operations teams.

* Monitor the loan process from lead generation to login and disbursement.

* Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.

* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

* Resolve customer and team-related issues.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.

* Identify new business opportunities and improve team productivity.

Required Skills
