Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead - Sales to drive the growth of our digital marketing and branding services. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a sales team, identify opportunities, develop solid relationships with clients, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in sales, 5+ years in digital marketing and branding agency, with 5+ years in a team leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.
- Set team targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

2. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital marketing and branding services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.




- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns that support sales initiatives.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify client needs and customize digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding, to drive business results.
- Conduct regular client meetings and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of GTFs services.

4. Sales Performance & Reporting
- Track and report sales performance metrics to the management team, including revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Provide insights on sales progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
