About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join our New Product Development team as a Senior Associate Stainless Steel Category. This role will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end development and launch of new products, from market research and sample evaluation to testing, costing, SKU creation, launch readiness, and post-launch performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end new product development activities for the stainless steel category
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the category
- Coordinate with vendors for product samples, review iterations, and track progress through finalization
- Manage in-house and external lab testing, follow up on reports, and support product approval processes
- Prepare and maintain product reports, development trackers, and approval documentation
- Finalize SKU specifications, dimensions, measurements, and packaging-related inputs
- Support SKU creation, EAN generation, HSN coordination, and product master data accuracy
- Work on SKU-level costing, indirect cost analysis, and landed cost calculation
