1. RM/PM receipt, GRN preparation, & proper labelling.
2. Proper material arrangement and area cleanliness of storage, sampling & dispensing areas.
3. Coordination with QC for timely sampling, testing & material release.
4. RM/PM dispensing to Production as per BMR/BPR with FEFO compliance.
5. Stock reconciliation, ERP transactions & material location updating.
6. Daily weighing balance verification & temperature monitoring.
7. Online documentation and cleaning/usage log maintenance.
8. Coordination with QA & Maintenance for equipment maintenance, calibration & validation.
9. Retest, expired/obsolete material tracking & disposal coordination.
10. Production planning support and coordination for stock audits and GMP audits.
Preferred candidate profile
Any degree with relevant experiance from formulation Unit
