Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities. Timely completion of assigned tasks and sales activities is mandatory.

· Daily updates of sales activities and follow-up status are required.

· Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off).

· Maintain professional communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, LinkedIn, and other channels.

· Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

· Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations,



and follow-up emails.

· Maintain and update CRM records accurately.

· Follow up on proposals, payments, and pending client requirements.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

· Support webinar registrations, workshop promotions, and marketing campaigns.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
