Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative R&D; Executive - Cosmetics to join our Research & Development team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative cosmetic formulations that align with global trends, regulatory standards, and client expectations





This role requires both technical knowledge and a passion for creating exceptional personal care products

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and formulate new cosmetic products including creams, lotions, serums, face masks, cleansers, and more
- Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product quality and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing
- Analyze raw materials for suitability and compatibility in formulation
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, test results, and product revisions
- Stay updated with the latest trends, ingredients, and regulations in the cosmetic industry
- Assist in scaling formulations from lab to production scale
- Ensure compliance with BIS, FDA, and international cosmetic regulatory standards
