Correspondent Banking / Cross-Border Payments/ International Banking/ International Finance/ Cross Border/ Remittance/ FX
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of cross-border banking relationships.
- Develop relationships with foreign banks, exchange houses and Money Transfer Operators (MTOs).
- Drive business through remittances, foreign exchange (FX), trade finance and cross-border payment solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase transaction volumes/revenue.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC/AML documentation and account-related requirements.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Risk and other internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Resolve client/payment-related issues and ensure timely service.
- Monitor market and competitor developments and identify opportunities for current products/business.
- Ensure relationships and transactions comply with applicable RBI, AML/KYC and internal bank policies.

Typical qualification
- Graduate/postgraduate in business, finance, banking or a related field.
- CA/CFA or relevant banking qualification can be advantageous.
- Relevant experience in correspondent banking or cross-border payments is particularly valuable
